Glynis and Leslie, sisters, friends and business partners. Decided in 2010 to step into a completely different direction and by 2013 left the corporate world for life “in the world” ! We enjoy a good glass of wine, a strong cup of coffee and lots and lots of laughter, fun and travel! Here we are at 70 and 69! We are definitely healthier and more vibrant than we were 5 years ago. We listened to the Chinese Proverb - “ A healthy woman wants many things; A sick woman only wants one!” Her health, right ! So we have been on a journey to eat better, move more, and sleep well. Along the way we have found some excellent products and supplements to help us.
Leslie and I just got back from India (November, 2024). India is an experience not a trip! It smacks all your senses! 2015 - we are 61 and 60 years old. Even those lovely patterned dresses can’t hide the thickening around the waist! Apparently your belly is not suppose to measure more than your hips ! Something about not more than a .8 waist to hip ratio! But we thought we were okay and pretty healthy.

Glynis’ was the same! We are now 64 and 63 and we knew it was time to make some changes, as it was not getting better! So we got serious about better food choices, more movement (nothing over the top, no boot camp for us, just a little more walking, some yoga, and band resistance strength training. Adding in some good supplements to keep our energy up, take up the slack for what we are missing from our food, such as more protein, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin D, Omegas and more.

We are both down 20 pounds ! Feeling so much better and moving with more ease and flexibility, food choices are better, portions are less and we give our body and mind a chance to rest and renew with no eating for 12 to 16 hours and a good 7 to 9 hours of sleep !
